2 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Milk
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Milk all the ingredients then drop in dollops onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
